Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to anyone who visits autocommerz.com or a tenant storefront, creates a Wholesaler, Reseller, or Sales Agent account, places or fulfills an order, or otherwise interacts with our platform, including through the Daraz integration described below.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we collect:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Business information — for Wholesaler, Reseller, and Vendor accounts: business/company name, and any business details you provide during onboarding.
• Order and transaction information — items ordered, delivery address, order status, and wallet/commission balances tied to your account.
• Communications — messages you send us through the Contact form, support tickets, or customer service channels.
• Referral and partner data — for the Sales Agent & Referral Program, your referral code and cookie-based attribution used to credit referred orders.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/device type, and session cookies used to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and maintain your cart.

Our Daraz Integration

Sellers who choose to connect their Daraz shop authorize Auto Commerz to sync product listings, stock levels, and order data between their Auto Commerz shop and Daraz via Daraz's Open Platform API. We only access the connected seller's own Daraz shop, using tokens the seller explicitly grants, and only for the listing, stock, and order-sync features the seller enables. Daraz order data (buyer name, delivery address, and order contents) flows through our platform as part of this sync, purely to keep both storefronts consistent and fulfil the order.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Process and fulfil orders, including payment, delivery, and wallet or commission calculations.
• Keep listings, stock levels, and order status in sync with connected Daraz shops.
• Respond to support tickets, contact form messages, and other communications.
• Attribute referred orders correctly under the Sales Agent & Referral Program.
• Secure accounts, detect fraud or abuse, and keep the platform running reliably.
• Improve the platform based on how it is actually used.

When We Share Information

We share information only where it's needed to run the platform: with Daraz, for sellers who connect a Daraz shop; with payment and delivery partners, to complete an order; and with the cloud hosting and storage providers that run our servers and store backups. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Data Storage, Backups & Security

Your data is stored on servers we operate and is backed up regularly, including an off-site backup copy kept separately from the live server, so an incident on one system cannot take out the only copy of your data. Access to production data is limited to authorized Auto Commerz staff who need it to operate the platform.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for as long afterward as needed to meet our tax, accounting, and business record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete data that is no longer needed for those purposes — see "Your Rights" below.

Your Rights & Choices

You can:

• Access and update your account information at any time from your account settings.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to order history and legal record-keeping we are required to retain.
• Contact us with any question or request about your data, using the details below.

Cookies

We use functional cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, maintain your cart, and attribute referred orders under the Sales Agent program. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Auto Commerz is a B2B wholesale and reseller platform intended for business use and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, children.
